Regional Dance Centre of Eastern Finland

Regional Dance Centre of Eastern Finland (ITAK) is part of Finland’s network of regional dance centres. The Regional Dance Centre of Eastern Finland operates in Northern Savo, Southern Savo and North Karelia. The organisation’s mission is to support, both socially and financially, the visibility and development of dance as an art in Eastern Finland and to promote its availability and accessibility in the region. Its objective is also to strengthen the diversity of cultural services in the area as well as the role and accessibility of professional art as part of local culture.
